These frequently asked questions may help you.

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE LESSONS?

Yes, you can book a private lesson.

At the moment we only offer online private lessons. 
A private lesson of half an hour is 25 euros and the booking options are under the heading 'Booking'.

CAN I ACCESS THE ONLINE VIDEOS AND PROGRAMS AT ANY TIME?

You can always watch and follow the videos and exercises that are free on the site without requiring a subscription or registration.


Other videos, exercises and programs charge an amount after which you can watch and follow them.

Different types of subscriptions can be taken out for this purpose: for a specific series or for a program and for a specific period.

ARE THE ONLINE LIVE SESSIONS FREE?

The online live sessions have different amounts and you can see these on the site when you book the session.

To participate in the online live session, you can book a session on the booking page of the relevant session or on the agenda page.

After booking and transferring the amount, the link for the live session will be emailed and the link will be visible on your Private page. 

WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES IS MOST SUITABLE FOR ME?

We have different types of lessons:

When you want a break from work or your daily activities, you have been sitting for a while and you want to get some exercise. Then sign up for the Office workout.

If you cannot stand, register for the seated Chairworkout sessions. Only sitting exercises are given during these sessions.

If you can stand, you can register for the seated and/or standing sessions. These sessions combine sitting and standing exercises.


Each Chair workout and Office workout session includes a longer or shorter breathing exercise and meditation, depending on the session length.


If you only want breathing exercises, sign up for the sessions with only breathing exercises.

Do you want to meditate alone? Then register for the sessions with only meditation exercises.

Likewise, if you want mindfulness exercises, sign up for that week's mindfulness exercises.

Would you like to take a look and see if a Chair workout is something for you?
Every Sunday morning there is a 30-minute donation-based session that can be followed. 

This session consists of a breathing exercise, chair workout and meditation.

That's right, these are in the works and will be published on the site soon. 
Until then, you can participate in the online live sessions.
