Exercise is taking care of yourself

With the Group Session we will do a ChairWorkout together online.

The focus is on the movement and we also include breathing and listening to your body in the sessions.  

There are different sessions:

  • Chair Workout, seated exercises, whole body

  • Chair Workout, sitting + standing exercises using a chair or other sitting object. Whole body

  • Chair Workout focused on a body part.

  • Chair Fitness

  • Chair Yoga

  • Chair Cardio
