With the Group Session we will do a ChairWorkout together online.
The focus is on the movement and we also include breathing and listening to your body in the sessions.
There are different sessions:

Chair Workout, seated exercises, whole body

Chair Workout, sitting + standing exercises using a chair or other sitting object. Whole body

Chair Workout focused on a body part.
